2014 Photo Challenge - Official Entry Form

You will need to submit a new entry form for each piece you submit.  Please remember, you may submit only five entries for each category.

• Photos must be a minimum of 1500 x 2100 pixels (or 3.1 megapixels).
  
  
• Only certain digital adjustments are allowed (see the contest rules).
  
  
• Ensure your file is named properly.
  
  
• Entries must be accompanied by a title, a caption summarizing your entry, and a description of no longer than 200 words.
